Hey legends how are we today!
I’m Ash and welcome to Me2You. I thought I’d write the first article as a little introduction to myself and the purpose of the blog, so you get to know what we’re about here!
I’m a young bloke from Melbourne, Australia, going through my final year of school at the moment, exercising daily, and trying to juggle schoolwork with doing a bit of hard yakka here and there… I absolutely love sport too; tennis is my go. I would play it all day everyday if I could! I also can’t get enough of AFL, or ‘footy’ as we call it here in Australia. I’m a person who values family more than anything else, they’ll sacrifice a lot for you, and will always want you to do your best, through the good and the bad.
Alrighty, let’s get to the purpose of the blog…
I’ve always had three things which I really enjoy, they are:
- Putting a smile on people’s faces
- Expressing my thoughts
- Being the best version of myself
My passion revolves around psychology. Ever since I started high school, I’ve been so curious and amazed by human minds, and from as long as I can remember, I’ve always just loved helping others. The study of the brain is something that leaves me so inquisitive every time the topic is brought up, and it’s one of which I love speaking about.
However over the past year or so, I have come to be enthralled with personal growth and mindfulness. It fascinates me, and I want to create a community who can connect and build each other up through these shared values. By combining my attraction to all things psychological and this concept of personal growth, I believe I have some valuable ideas, perceptions and resolutions that other young adults can gain from.
With all this in mind, I’ve decided to start writing on Me2You! I hope that through reading the published articles, whether you read to be motivated, calmed, or amused, you gain positivity from whichever article you choose. This blog is aimed at the young adult readers out there who have a drive to be better, to be constantly improving, and ultimately who have goals they want to achieve, and hopefully some of my content can help in the process!
